One of three institutes which comprise CEA Tech, the List institute is committed to technological innovation in digital systems. Its R&D activities – driven by major economic, societal and industrial challenges – encompass four main themes: advanced manufacturing; embedded systems; ambient intelligence; and healthcare, including radiotherapy and imaging technologies. CEA List has been instrumental in shaping the SP event series from inception, having been members of both the PERFORMER and RESILIENT founding EU projects of the international event series aimed at empowering the energy transition.
After these projects have recently concluded with successful results, CEA List has since assumed ownership of the SP brand image.
Along with CEA List, another of the three institutes that comprise CEA Tech is CEA Liten. Both institutes (CEA List and CEA Liten) are participating in SP2018 organization (in conjunction with R2M Solution for delegate management and INES and University Savoie Mont Blanc for local co-hosting). CEA Liten is a major European research institute and a driving force behind the development of the sustainable energy technologies of the future. The CEA Liten institute is spearheading the EU’s efforts to limit dependency on fossil fuels and reduce greenhouse gas emissions in three key areas: renewable energy, energy efficiency/storage and development of materials.
