SP2018 Registration Fees & Online Payment:
The fees for attending SP2018 are determined by a “no-profit, no-loss” model, and are used simply for keynote speaker reimbursements, catering, and publications costs.
N.B. The no-cost registration link below for “Flexibility workshop: Putting Residential Flexibility Management into Action with Pilot sites in Europe & public debate about the multi-year energy program in Europe” (14-15:30, 28th June) is not required for existing SP2018 registrants, it’s used simply for external guests and enables entrance ONLY to this workshop, of which will be overseen explicitly with special badges.

*All discounts are non-cumulative and subject to approval by the SP2018 organizing committee. Must prove status by using the official institutional email address (for governments or schools). In the case of students, a current full-time class schedule or letter from the school confirming full-time status must be provided. In the case of large groups (e.g. workshops, general project assembly co-locations, etc.), at least 10 registrations (speakers or invited guests) are required.
PLEASE NOTE: The SP2018 Organizing Committee requires (at least) one registration per accepted contribution type, except for workshop chairs whereby at least three people must commit to attendance. Delegates with multiple contributions (i.e.papers, workshops, briefings) must contact the SP chair to ensure any scheduling limitations are addressed. Each registration includes one complimentary ticket for the gala dinner on 27th June 2018, and extra tickets for the gala dinner can be purchased for €70 each.
