The opening plenary of Sustainable Places 2022 will be an invitation to innovate for sustainability with France, its Region Sud, and Nice Côte d’Azur. With keynotes from the European Commission, the French Ministry of Sustainable Development, the Mayor of Nice as well regional industrial innovation clusters, this session will include an Info Day to present a relevant selection of upcoming EU funding opportunities through Horizon Europe and LIFE calls. The event will be followed by a networking and welcome cocktail allowing the international Sustainable Places community to connect and create Research and Market opportunities with this vibrant French sustainability and cleantech ecosystem.
