This workshop will present four EU H2020 projects that will develop energy efficiency capacity building training for staff members of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) including decision makers and other staff through various means of learning and teaching approaches. Due to Covid-19 restrictions all projects will deliver virtual (if possible onsite) training to SMEs and also provide opportunities for conducting collaborative virtual training across the common pilot countries of each project.  This capacity building training will help SME employees to develop technical knowledge as well as behavioral changes for enhancing energy efficiency culture within their organisation.
