Sustainable Places 2017, the 5th SP iteration, was hosted by Teesside University in Middlesbrough, UK. SP17 was an official EU Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) Energy Day, that brought together key stakeholders of Energy-efficient Buildings (EeB) and smart grids.
SP17 technical contributions were accepted from nearly 100 scientists, who led activities that included 6 keynotes speeches, 6 workshops, 43 papers, 6 briefings, 12 posters, networking, and pilot site visits. 2 open-access publications resulted from SP17.
