A PAREXTHERM External Wall Insulation (EWI) system has been installed to contribute to energy-efficiency and comfort levels at a new £7.5 million healthcare facility in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. Commissioned by East Leicestershire and Rutland Clinical Commissioning Group, St Luke’s Treatment Centre brings together healthcare services operated by the NHS Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Alliance, Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust, Market Harborough and Bosworth Partnership and was built by Morgan Sindall.
